By using Pomop.app, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
Use of the app
Pomop.app is provided free of charge for personal and professional productivity use. You may use it to track time, run Pomodoro sessions, and store session history locally in your browser. You agree not to use the app in any way that attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or attack the service.
Your data
All data created while using Pomop.app — settings, presets, and history — is stored locally in your browser. You are solely responsible for backing up this data (via the History panel's Export feature) if you want to preserve it. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or using private/ incognito mode will remove it.
No warranty
Pomop.app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate under every possible browser or device condition, although we design and test it to be as reliable as reasonably possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomop.app and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of locally stored session history or presets.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pomop.app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
