Why Pomop was built

Pomop came from a practical interest in productivity and a common everyday problem: having several tasks and not always knowing which one to work on next. The goal was to build a simple tool that reduces the mental effort of repeatedly making that same decision — and to explore whether a productivity app could go further than just storing a list, and actually help make the next call.

How this project gets built

Pomop is developed through experimentation, observation, and iteration, rather than starting from the assumption that any one existing productivity method is already correct. It's intentionally scoped to solve one practical problem well — deciding what to work on next — instead of growing into an all-in-one productivity platform.

What this project is exploring
