Productivity planner

Most productivity tools grow features until they need a manual. Pomop stays deliberately small: capture, decide, focus, done — repeat.

Pomop is a digital planner — a free web app you can install on your phone or computer — not a printed planner or a PDF template. There's no account to create; your tasks are saved in your browser.

The loop

Every part of Pomop exists to support one cycle: capture a task, see it in context on the calendar, get a decision about what to work on, focus on it, mark it complete, and see it in your history. Then the cycle runs again. There's no separate mode to learn for each step — it's the same five ideas the whole way through.

What's deliberately left out

No projects, no subtasks, no kanban boards, no team chat, no AI assistant, no habit tracker. Every one of those is a reasonable feature for a different kind of tool — they're just not what "decide what to work on next" needs, and adding them would slow the app down and clutter the one screen that matters most: the recommendation.

The pieces

  • Tasks — capture and filter by Today, Upcoming, Overdue, or Completed
  • Calendar — see due dates at a glance, add or reschedule with a click
  • Decision Engine — one recommendation, with a reason, every time
  • Focus — a distraction-free timer for the recommended task, one click away
  • History — a plain log of what got done, no gamification

Frequently asked questions

Is this a replacement for Notion or Trello?

No, and it's not trying to be. Pomop doesn't do projects, subtasks, kanban boards, or team collaboration. It does one thing — decide what you should work on next — and keeps the surrounding features (tasks, calendar, focus, history) just big enough to support that.

Why doesn’t it have streaks or points?

Gamification optimizes for showing up, not for doing the right work. Pomop's History page shows what actually got done and how long it took — a record, not a game.

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no subscription, no feature paywall. Pomop.app is free to use, and never sells or transmits your task data.
